Daniel Kofi Darko P.O.R Dear Collegues, The Executive of GSA would like to inform the general Ghanaian public the out come of the GSA meeting.
The following decision were taken during the meeting;
1. The current constitution of GSA-Donetsk has been put on hold.
2. Election procedures; 
THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO ASPIRE FOR VARIOUS EXECUTIVE POSITIONS ARE TO SUBMIT THEIR NAMES TO THE PRESIDENT,VICE PRESIDENT OR ANY OF THE EXECUTIVE LATEST BY TOMORROW, 13TH APRIL,2010.
THE OFFICES INCLUDE;
1. PRESIDENT2. VICE- PRESIDENT3. GENERAL SECRETARY4. ORGANIZING SECRETARY5. FINANCIAL SECRETARY6. PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER7. TREASURER8. ENTERTAINMENT CO-ORDINATOR
NB: THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT IS RESERVED FOR THOSE FROM 3RD - 6TH YEAR.THE ASPIRANT MUST HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE, HAVE GOOD MORAL STANDARDS & SOCIAL VALUES AND MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER.

OTHER EXECUTIVE OFFICES CAN BE OCCUPIED FROM 1ST - 6TH YEAR. 
THE ASPIRANTS MUST HAVE FAIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE, HAVE GOOD MORAL & SOCIAL VALUES AND BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER.
There is not going to be Vetting for the aspirants but those aspiring for the President would present their manifestos before the ELECTIONS PROCEED.The Elections are scheduled this coming Saturday,17th April,2010.
THE NAMES OF THE VARIOUS ASPIRANTS WOULD BE POSTED ON THE NOTICE BOARD ON WEDNESDAY,14TH APRIL,2010.
Please note that there would be 5 member committee to see to the Elections. Three(3) from the General Assembly and two(2) from the Executive excluding the sitting President.
We urge all members of GSA-Donetsk to turn up to elect their new executives for this prestigious association on Saturday.
